This series excavator swing gears drive the ring gears on the slewing platform through their output gear shafts.  They can bear hydraulic and external load impact. This kind swing gears have been widely used in various other devices, including aerial platforms, construction vehicles, and crawler-transporters.

Mechanical Configuration:

The swing gear consists of hydraulic motor, multi-stage planetary gearbox, brake and valve block with brake function.   It's available to modify the design for satisfying peculiar installation dimension, and alter the speed reduction ratio desired by customers.  Further discussion about the gear, please contact our engineers.
